A few words about me.

Just like anyone's life, my life was full of changes, twists, and turns. From witnessing the fall of a socialist government at a young age to spontaneously switching my studies from Journalism to Retail Management, I've learned to deal with change. Music and culture played an important role at home and are still significant in my life.

With over 18 years of experience in Human Resources Leadership positions in Germany, France, and the Netherlands, I have guided teams and leaders through transformation processes even during demanding times. Find more about that here.

Next to this work, I merged the corporate and creative worlds through my passion for writing in the music industry. This blend has allowed me to explore the beauty and inspiration that arises when these two worlds collide. 

I have tested different ways, including psychedelics, to study what can help to enable individuals to become self-leaders and live more fulfilled lives.  All of these experiences have molded me into the change agent I am today and led me to start with Infusion. Infusion is here to help individuals and teams to reach their best expression by using a holistic approach.

We have the innate power to create meaningful change within ourselves and therefore also in the world around us. Sometimes, all we need is a little "infusion" from outside sources to access these possibilities.
